How do I return gifts purchased through Maxwell-Silver New York?

If you wish to return an item for a full refund and it was a non-registry purchase, you must first notify Maxwell-Silver within 5 business days of your receipt of the item. Maxwell Silver will notify the store so that they may expect your return. Next, ship your returned directly back to the store. Please be sure to pack the items you are returning very carefully. Also, we recommend choosing a shipping method that will allow you to insure your returned item, as you are otherwise responsible if it is not received in tact. If you should decide to return your item after 5 business days, you will receive a store credit. Again, your first step is to notify Maxwell-Silver New York. Then ship your item back to the store. All registry returns are for store credit only.




How will my name or personal information be used?

Respecting and protecting your privacy is very important to us. Any personal information you submit to us by creating a profile or an account will never be sold or shared with any other stores you are not registering with, companies, or visitors. Your name and information will be used only in ways you specifically request.



Can items be shipped internationally?

At this time, Maxwell-Silver cannot accommodate shipping or billing to international or APO/FPO US military addresses Online. In order to purchase Online from Maxwell-Silver, you must have a regular US billing address. If you have an international billing address and would like to place an order to be shipped within the US, you may do so. Just call 212.799.1711.
