How do I make a purchase from a registry list?

You can purchase your gifts Online from our web site, or by fax or phone.



Web site:

To access a couple's registry list follow the prompts under the "Registries" section.
To place an order, just select an item and add it to your shopping bag. If you have any trouble using our Web site please contact a Maxwell Silver consultant at 212.799.1711 for assistance.



Phone/Fax:

To access a couple's registry list by phone you may call 212.799.1711 or fax in your request to . If you prefer to browse before making a purchase, a copy of the couple's registry list may be sent to you via e-mail or fax. Once you have made your selection, you may phone or fax in your order. Also, our consultants are happy to make recommendations for gift purchases and can instantly place your order.



How will I know my gift is on its way?

After you place your order on our Web site you will receive a confirmation via e-mail when the boutique begins expediting your request. Fax orders will be followed up with a fax or phone confirmation. Receipts from phone purchases will be sent as per your specifications. Phone and fax orders placed over the weekend will be confirmed on the following Monday.

When will my order be shipped?
